Refunds and Returns Policy – Paws For Gifts
At Paws For Gifts, we believe shopping for your furry, feathered, or scaly friend should always be a delightful experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Whatever the reason, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
🐾 Our 60-Day Return Promise
We accept returns on most items within 60 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Original tags, labels, or packaging must be intact
- The item must be free from pet hair, wear, or damage
Please note that any item showing signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.
🐾 How to Request a Return
Starting a return is easy. Simply send an email to support@pawsforgifts.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief description of the item(s) you’re returning
- The reason for the return
- Photos (this helps us process certain returns faster!)
Once we’ve received your request, our team will get back to you within 1–2 working days with next steps, including the return address and any applicable instructions.
🐾 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund as quickly as possible.
- Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
- Your refund will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 working days, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@pawsforgifts.com and we’ll be happy to investigate.
🐾 What If Something Arrives Damaged?
While we do our best to package every order with care, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo so we can better understand the issue and resolve it quickly.
🐾 Returns That Can’t Be Processed
While we do our best to accommodate returns, we reserve the right to deny refunds if:
- The item shows signs of wear or use
- The return falls outside of our 60-day window
- The item is returned in poor or damaged condition without prior agreement
- Personalised products
