Arrived in time

Tootsie won’t walk one step with it on…maybe it’s to heavy..she is a very small dog..I had to cut the straps to make it to fi her..I love the harness

Would recommend. My dog now walks 90% better with it no more pulling, yes sometimes he will smell something and pull some. But no where as bad as it is without the harness. Now I can finally talk him for walks without being pulled everywhere.
